Pirja e gjakut eshte nje fenomen qe karakterizon qeniet parazite qofshinparazitet insektore por edhe humane te formave vampire por edhe me teper se kaq.Pirja apo thithja e gjakut eshte nje fenomen qe karakterizon shume jo-vertebrorepor edhe vertebroret ku perfshihen edhe njerezit me kushte te caktuarapsiko-fizike.Pirja apo thithja e gjakut eshte nje fenomen real por edhe virtual qe ne shqipene e perdorim ne kuptimin sa figurativ : "si shushunja qe pi gjakun" apo edhe sisimbol vellazror : per t'u vellazeruar dy individe me prejardhje familjare tendryshme, pijne gjakun e njeri tjetrit ne menyre simbolike.fenomeni me te cilin po ndeshemi keto dite : i thirrjes se rezervave greke, vjenfill pas komentit me permbajtje kryesore Gjakun dhe Transfuzionin e Gjak-paraveqe Greqia aktualisht po i kerkon BE-se.Thirrjet qe pasuan pas ketij "provokimi" apo me sakte thenie te se vertetes ngaLidhja çame ishin ato te pleshta-morrave greke te rezervave greke "speciale".Duket se tashme qe perfuzioni te gjak-parave te BE-se si edhe i gjakut teshqipetareve po ndalohet nga Lidhja çame, pleshtat e vegjel, te fundit ekavallit, pikerisht morra-horrat-pleshta levendet e rezervave "speciale" greke,ngriten koken. Ata jane pleshta-morrat, jane pikerisht ata pleshta morratradhetare te cilet jane mesuar te thithin prej 2 shekujsh gjakun e shqipetarevene "Greqi" : çameve ortodokse e myslymane si edhe te arvaniteve. Tashme qeLidhja çame u nderpreu ushqimin e tyre tipik : gjak-parate e shqiptarizmes,tashme ata te etur per mbijetese nxorren koken nga vrimat e skutave te erreta kuushqehen prej megali-idese dhe po bertasin per ushqimin e tyre te preferuar.A duhet te shqetesohemi ne per kete ?Aspak ! Ata e dijne mire se mungesa e ushqimit per ta do te thote fund pa kthim.A duhet t'ia pengojme ne kete ushqim ? natyrisht qe po ! Shendeti, mireqenia dhepaqja humane jane objektivi yne dhe i BE-se, kjo do te thote qe per te siguruarshendetin e popujve duhet te merren masa preventive dhe ne rastin konkret ndajpleshta-morra horrave masa predeventive adekuate eshte dezinfektimi dhe mbajtjalarg e popullates nga vendet e infektuara nga insekte te tilla.kjo do te thote se perpos faktit te mos ushqyerjes se metejshme te tyre megjak-para perfuzion, BE-ja duhet te marre masa per izolimin dhe asgjesimin epleshta-horra-morrave te tille, te cilet perveç faktit te deshmimit te llojit teshtetit artefakt qe po i ushqen dhe nderzon, po ndyjne edhe imazhin e politikesushtarake paqesore-njerezore te BE-se.ne kete rast nuk behet fjjale per turqer apo lukuni te tjera zagaresh te ciletkane mbeteur ende rrezil kôpil ne Ballkanin lindor, por behet fjale permorra-horra zagare te cilet i jane vene mbi shpine politikes, historise dhegjeo-politikes se Shqiperise prej shekujsh tashme dhe po deklarojne hapur epublikisht se duan ende te vazhdojne me politiken vampire te hordhive pushtueseotomane.Natyrisht krahu i tyre kryesor per parada te tilla sfaçato behen pleshta-morratqe politika dhe buxheti i shtetit shqipetar vazhdojn ete ushqejne faqe-zepopullit shqipetar dhe politikes e diplomacise nderkombetare. palaço te tille si: Jozefina Topalli-çoba, Shpetim idrizi, Dashamir tahiri etj. nuk jane gjetjeter veçse shembull konkret i morra-horrave dhe pleshtave te politikesneo-shoviniste te megali-idese. aata kane ende guximin te bertasin rrugeve teBE-se ne Athine e gjetke palaçolleqe te tilla pasi mbehstetjen per aktivitetin etyre agresor gjak-pires ata qe gjejne tek kelyshet e zagareve pleshta-morraFatos Nano, Xhoana Nano, Shpetim Idrizi, Dashamir Tahiri, Jozefina Topalli-çoba,Kastriot Islami, Sali berisha, Vangjel Dule, Ilir Meta etj. E gjithe kjo tufepalaçosh e cila vazhdon te loze ne ekranet e medias elektronike dhe te shkruarshqipetare e te huaj, nuk jane gje tjeter veçse shembulli kryesor i rreferencesse palaç morra-horrave.Sjelljet e tyre vandale me domethenien : "lihni ju o atdhetare te shqiptarizmesse ne jemi parazite dhe nuk i shkulemi as Kuvendit Popullor dhe as ministrivedhe posteve drejtuese digasteriale derisa t'jua pijme mire gjakun ne shekuj mepafytyresine e palaçollekut tone !" nuk jane gje tjeter veçse thirrja qe kanekopjuar me kaq shume shkurtime palaçot morra-horra te plehstave te gardes greke.Shqipetaret nuk kane nevoje te bejne protesta perpara ambasades greke. tashme"Greqi" eshte ne renim total te parivokueshem, per sa kohe ne te vendosur neaktivitetin tone atdhetar :- u kemi nderprere dhe do te vazhdojme te punojme per nderprerje definitive tetransfuzioneve te gjak-parave per pleshta-morrat- nuk do t'i lejojme me te na shkelin me kembe- dhe mbi te gjitha do t'i tregojme vendin palaçove politike te politikesshqipetare te cilet pergatiten kashapanen gjak-rrjkedhese per te ushqyerpleshta-morrat e gardes greke dhe te megali-idese me 28 qershor 2009.Pleshta morrat deri me 25 masr 2009 ishin te urte ne postiqe dhe po pinin gjakune shqipetareve qe thithte Jozefina Topalli-çoba dhe palaçot e "partive çame" neTirane e ua jepnin te gatshem ne Paketa per Shitje Ujerash ndersa me te fundit ekishim ne formen e Marreveshjes se varrezave, kur deri sa pa shkruar Lidhjaçame, se ishte tentative huq, asnje palaaço morr-horr nuk kishte reaguar.Por ama kur Lidhja çampe e shkruajti definitivisht se kartonat e palaçovemorra-horra Tahiri e idrizi ishin te zhvleresuar dhe se tentativa per njethithje gjaku te rradhes te shqipetareve nga Topalli-çoba ishte veçse njedeshtim me shume i pleshta-morrave, atehere nxorren koken Idrizi e Tahiriç perte kerkuar "proteste paqesore perpara ambasades greke"!Ku ishin keta palaço-morra pa kartona dhe parazite deri me 26 mars 2009, per sakohe kjo marreveshje ka kohe qe dikutohej ne mediat shqipetare qe prej fillimshkurtit 2010, pikerisht me ndalimin e Pakates transfuzionale te gjak-parave tepaktit te Ujerave ?Pikerisht keta jane plehsta-morrat qe shqipetaret duhet te zhduk_in njehere emire nga politika shqipetare.Dhe besoj se nuk ka shume nevoje per komente te metejshme se tash po behet njevit qe nga nenshkrimi i akt-marreveshjes se ujerave, te cilen e ndalem me sefundmi vetem pas 9 muajsh nga nenshkrimi dhe te gjithe i njohim levizjet qe benepleshta-morrat e politikes shqipetare per te rrealizuar kete pakete gjak-parashtransfuzionale.Ne se duhet te bejme deiçka, ajo eshte ne Shqiperi kunder palaçove politike teShqiperise te cilet po behen shembulli dhe pika kryesore e mbeshtetjes tepleshta-morrave.Si permbyllje u bej thirrje te gjithe shqipetareve dhe atyre qe me te vertete endjejne se kane kontribuar dhe se duan te kontribuojne per shqiptarizmen seprotestaat tona nuk duhet t'i drejtohen ambasades "greke" ne Tirane e cila pofundoset sikurse "Greqia" por ndaj politikes shoviniste te Tiranes ku vazhdojnedhe uzurpojne pleshta-morrat te cilet jane edhe shkak i vazhdimit te ekzistencesse morra-horrave te gardes greke.Ne duhet te çrrenjosim politiken e lojes djallezore PD-PS me ne krye VangjelKacagjelin dhe nje fare Shpetim Idrizi e Dashamir tahiri te cilet duan t'jumjelin gjakun nga çdo pike e mundeshme transfuzionale.Ne se sot shqipetaret do te arroijne te kuptojne se kush eshte faktori kryesorgjak-pires i tyre, atehere ata do te mundin te shtypin njehere e pergjithmonekoken e plehsta-morrave te gardes greke, te cilet me 25 Mars 2010 kane qene mete eteur se kurre, pasi ushqimi i gjak-parave transfuzionale po u mungon qe prejnje viti e gjysem tashme, dhe ata jane ne prag te ngordhjes. E ç'prisni ju tebejne perbindeshat gjak-pires ne prag te agonise, mos prisni qe t'ju puthinduart ? JO ! Ata do te kercejne dhe do te harbohen me shume s ekurre per tegjetur nje menyre per te shpetuar duke nxjerre koken nga strofka si kuçedra euritur, dhe kjo po ndodh tashme me garden "greke" !Koha per t'i ngordhur perfundimisht ka ardhur dhe kjo ehste qe te gjithe teshporrim dhe te bllokojme doren ushqyese nga ata marrin gjak-paratetransfuzionin. Dhe kjo dore tashme dihet : eshte politika terrorriste shovinisteshqipetare me tentakulat e saj edhe ne diaspore ku spikasin plehrat spiune teDiaspores sqhipetare tashme te demaskuar.Ngrihuni pra kunder tyre, dhe atehere do te shihni se si kuçedra do te japeshpirt !
Ata jane dora, krahu, koka dhe zemra nga ku suhqehet kuçedra. Fundi ityre eshte fundi i kuçedres !

Problemi aktual akut ne kronicizim i Krizes Greke, ka gjetur shume interpretime dhe propozime per zgjidhje. natyrisht nje konflikt i tille ne Greqi i intereson shume qarqeve te cilat deri tani kane qene te pakenaqura per nje arsye apo tjetren nga politika grekeapo ajo europiane e boterore, ku nepermjet kauzit grek mundohen te japin shpjegime, orientime dhe propozime si per te thene se ata kane te drejte.Ne kete kontekst nuk duhet te presim qe problemin kryesor te shkakut principal i cili eshte ne themel dhe kryesori i mbajtjes gjalle dhe kronicizimit te kesaj gjendjeje lengate, te dale ne drite aq kollaj ne nje kohe qe ujqer dhe bisha spekulative verdallisen ne çdo kah e ane.Nuk eshte çudi qe ne rrjetin aktual te "analisteve politike" ne median e lire te skruar dhe elektronike te gjenden interpretime te çfaredolloji :- duke filluar qe nga interpretimet komunisto-socialiste kunder kapitalizmit te cilat e paraqesin krizen greke si nje krize neo-kapitaliste- tek interpretimet e te ashtuquajturve "shkencetare te shkencave politike" ne BE te cilet qendrimin e Gjermanise dhe krizen aktuale e quajne si nje neo-nazizem- tek interpretimet se kriza aktuale lidhet me problemet e minoriteteve apo emigracionit duke u shfaqur edhe si shkaktare e vedjes se te ashtuquajturve perfaqesues te emigranteve ne "Greqi" etj.- apo si nje problem rrisku qe ve ne diskutim euron dhe mbijetesen e Eurozones etj.
Nga sa me siper çdo kush ka mundesine te kuptoje siperfaqesine dhe emdiokrritetin e "analisteve" dhe "mediave politike" te cilet nepermjet pershkrimeve te cekta mundohen te japin pergjigje dhe zgjidhje te perkoheshme kalimtare pa menduar per pasojat e metejshme apo rrezultatet e alternativave te tyre.Duket se asnjerit prej tyre nuk i pelqen te hape sado pak kutine e Pandores, por duke mbuluar m... me shoshe (siç eshte njesprehje shqipetare) mendojne se ambjenti nuk do te qelbe apo nuk do te ndotet me. Vete fakti i ekzistences dhe pranise se pergemit neambjent do te thote se pislleku eshte aty dhe se kushtet e higjenes nuk do te jenekurre optimale pra mizat dhe insektet bezdisese dhe riskonjese per shendetin do te persistojne, per sa kohe pislleku nuk pastrohet dhe dezingfektohet totalisht. Kjo do te thote se per sa kohe problemi dhe shkaku kryesor i lindjes se krizes greke nuk zgjidhet ashtu siç eshte ne rrealitet, çdo perpjekje per alternimin, manipulimin apo mbulimin e tij qofte edhe nga miliardat e eurove do te jete e kote.Ky eshte nje problem krize identiteti kombetar dhe nuk ka lidhje me eurozonen per sa kohe eurozona do te mund ta mbaje ate te izoluar pai edhe problemi eshte kombetar dhe etnik i hapesires gjeografike aktuale te "Greqise" dhe Ballkanit dhe jo i ndonje etnie tjeter ne Eurozone.
Ndonjeri mundohet te flase per minoritetet ne "Greqi". Pasi duket se ka ndermend te alternoje forcat dhe ekuilibrin e forcave dhe politikave ne konflikt. Kjo nuk eshte gje tjeter veçse alternim edhe njehere i faktorit kryesor dhe shkakut politk te krizes.
Perpara se ndonje "analist politik" te flase per minoritetet apo pakicat kombetare apo emigracionin ne "Greqi" duhet te flase per :- Maxhorancen "minoritare" ne "Greqi" do me thene etnine dhe popullin baze autokton qe vazhdon te jetoje neato troje apo qe aktualisht as nuk mund te shkelin ne ato troje pasi ajne te genociduar, te persekutuar dhe te masakruar.
Ne nje kohe qe nje popullate e tille e cila nuk duhet bere gabim trashanik politik qe te renditet ne formacionet minoritare te "Greqi"se vazhdon te ekzistoje e persekutuar dhe e genociduar, as nuk mund te behet fjale per pakica "minoritare" dhe te drejtat e tyre ne "Greqi". Ne te kunderten duhet t'u themi politikaneve aktuale te BE-se : perse ata merren me pakicat minoritare dhe problemet e emigracionit ne "Greqi" ne nje kohe qe kutia e Pandores greke mban te mbyllur ne roberi popullaten etnike autoktone vendase ?
Ne kete kontekst politika komplekse e vete "Greqi"se do te mund te marre zgjidhje edhe me te shpejte dhe me pak konfliktuoze se sa aktualisht. Per sa kohe problemi i shqipetareve dhe etnise shqipetare ne "Greqi" do te mbetet i pazgjidhur eshte me se e natyrshme se Maqedonia do te perjetoje krizen e identiteve te saj politike dhe konflikteve te saj te anetaresimeve nderkombetare.
Ne se ne "Greqi"ne aktuale do te mund t'i jepej zgjidhje problemit çam dhe atij shqipetar ashtu sikurse problemi shqipetar po merr zgjidhje ne rajon nga ku edhe ne lidhje me etnine autoktone shqipetare ne Maqedoni, kjo do te thote se nuk do te kete me konflikt "Greqi"-"Maqedoni"-shqiperi ne lidhje me anetarseimin e "Maqedoni"se ne organizatat nderkombetare.
problemi ehste shume me i thjeshte nga sa politikat manipuluese dhe fallcifikatore te historise mundohen ta kokolepsin. Natyrisht qe nje kokolepsje e tille e problemit nuk do te thote gje tjeter veçse nje barre me e madhe shpenzimesh ekonomike siç qe edhe Minsitria per Maqedonine qe ishte e hapur deri vjet ne "Greqi".
Ne se pershkrimet e Papandreut u kufizuan ne perpjekjet e tij per nje zgjidhje ekonomike apo duke e pershkruar rastin "si profeci vete-rrealizuese", Pangallosi e tha "hapur" ate qe ne rrealitet rrealiteti politik dhe publik ne Greqi po jeton aktualisht "kauzen naziste" me te cilen ka lozur dhe tenton te vazhdoje te loze politika vorio-epirote shoviniste greke ndaj çameve dhe arvaniteve te persekutuar dhe te genociduar.
Perpjekjet e Papndreut per ta paraqitur rrealitetin si nje "profeci vete-rrealizuese" nuk eshte gje tjeter veçse nje perpjekje e tij per t'u vete genjyer. Lidhja çame nuk ka nevoje te merret me profeci apo me vete rrealizimin e "profecive". Edhe nje studjues i hapave te para te politikes do ta kishte te qarte se ç'po ndodh ne "Greqi" ne se nuk do t'i impononte vetes shovinizmin e alternimit te rrealitetit historik dhe gjeo-politik te imponar prej dy shekujsh nga ata qe linden dhe ushqyen "megali idete" neper Europe.
"Profeci"ne as nuk e lindi dhe as nuk po e vete rrealizon Lidhja çame, ate e paraqiten dhe e deshmuan faktet politike qe ndodhen gjate rrjedhes se pare te aktivitetit te Lidhjes çame ne politiken greke dhe ne parlamentin grek. Mjafton te kujtojme prononcimet e historianeve dhe akademikeve greke deri ne kerkesen per autonomi te Korfuzit. Keto fakte dhe shume te tjera deri ne shkaqet dhe deklarimet e para te protestuesve pas vrasjes se 6 Dhjetorit 2008, deshmojne se rrealiteti qe fshihet nen kapakun e kutise se Pandores ne "Greqi" eshte i ndryshem nga ai qe po mundohet te "shpetoje" Papandreu duke e pershkruar si "profeci".
Ne se reagimin e Pangalosit ndonje "analist" politik deshiron ta paraqese si nje vale "anti-gjermane" ne "Greqi", atehere do te na duhet te kujtojme se shkaktari kryesor qe punoi per nazizmin dhe per qenien neutrale te "Greqise" si dhe per mos-pasjen e nje ushtrie specifike te saj, ishte pikerisht familja iniciatore e megali-idese : ajo e mbretit "grek". Pra vala anti-gjermane qe mund te ushqehet aktualisht ne Greqi eshte ajo kunder mbretit grek dhe politikes vorio-epirote dhe shoviniste te tij kunder shqipetareve etnike autoktone te çamerise dhe arvanitise.
Eshte me se e natyrshme qe te kete "reagime" si te Margariti çimo-s tek Nea-Demokracia, apo edhe barcaletat neper rruget e Athines te deshmojne perpjekjet deshtake te nje politike te mykur. pa kujtuar faktet e perleshjes se anarkisteve me vorio-epirotet e Janines ne shkurt-mars 2009, si shenje edhe me e forte e rrealitetit politko-etnik te "Greqi"se. Jo me kot ata qe punuan per Gjermanine e mbretit te "Greqi"se ne fakt e bene kete pikerisht ne kohen kur po ky mbret imponoi nje nga diktaturat ushtarake fashiste me te egra te koherave : ate te Metaksait. "Reuters" ka te drejte te raportoje per rrealitetin e hidhur qe arvanitet dhe çamet ortodokse te mbijetuar ne "Greqi" kane perjetuar dhe po perjetojne aktualisht. Nje rrealitet sinkron me te verteten aktuale ku po i njejti mbret dhe familje mbreterore jo vetem qe u vodhi pasurite dhe u imponoi nje diktature te rradhes edhe me te eger se te parat, e cila edhe imponoi dhe aprovoi ligjin e shpronesimit te çameve dhe te arvaniteve, por edhe i shfrytezoi si krah pune te lire ne Gjermani !
Ne fund te fundit çamet dhe arvanitet e pakenaqur nga politika aktuale e "Greqi"se kane te drejte se edhe BE duhet te mbaje pergjegjesine e saj per shtypjen totale te te drejtave dhe lirive te tyre, pra te mbaje edhe pergjegjesine e saj per kete krize "financiare". Ne fund te fundit, ishte pikerisht BE-ja qe e subvencionoi shthurjen e Greqise per me shume se tri dekada, pavaresisht korrupsionit ne sektorin publik te ketij vendi dhe nivelit shume te larte te evazionit fiskal, burokracise se tejfryre, shtypjes se lirive dhe te drejtave te çameve ne asimilim total dhe moshes se ulet të daljes ne pension.
BE-ja eshte bere si nje nene e dashur qe shfrytëzohet nga femija i saj plangprishes dhe qe vuan mosmirenjohjen kur nuk i ploteson te gjitha deshirat nje për nje. Ne fund te fundit, nena i vuan pasojat e keqedukimit te femijes ne kuptimin pozitiv apo negativ.
Inati i shfaqur nga Greqia kundër Gjermanisë nuk është një rast i mënjanuar; ky vend është i mbushur me ndjenja antiperëndimore, ndjenja që janë shfaqur deri me veprime terroriste.Por ndersa sot po diskutohet gjeresisht papergjegjshmeria financiare e Greqise qe ishte nxitur edhe nga BE-ja, ende po flitet shume pak mbi faktin se kjo papergjegjshmeri shtrihet pertej sferes ekonomike. Greqia eshte gjykuar dhe denuar nga Parlamenti Europian me 2006 si nje vend qe shkel te drejtat e njeriut ne lidhje me komunitetin çam te genociduar dhe debuar nga tokat e tyre stergjyshore, biles asaj i kerkua qe te shqyrtoje sa me shpejt faktin e :
- dhenies se vizave per komunitetin çam dhe ri-pashaportizimin e tyre
- njohjen e pronesise dhe nen-shtetesise se tyre
- mbajtjen e nje seance parlamentare ne BE te veçante per problemin çam
por ajo vijon t’i sfidojë vendimet e gjykates, nderkombetare te te drejtave te njeriut dhe te vendimit e kerkeses se Parlamentit Europian ndaj asj me 2006 nderkohe qe nuk eshte penalizuar nga BE-ja.
Cdo perpjekje tjeter e çfaredolloj "analisti" per te alternuar problemin çam ne problemin e mbeturinave te pushtuesve otomane ne Thesaline e Eipirit Shqipetar apo te nje fare te ashtuquajturi "minoriteti maqedonas" qe ne fakt nuk jane gje tjeter veçse mbeturina tradhetare sikurse "vorio-peirotet" ne Shqiperi, pasi te gjithe e dime se Maqedonia aktuale nuk eshte gje tjeter veçse nje pjelle e nje politike te gabuar te post-1913 te Europes e cila coptoi Shqiperine per hir te interesave shoviniste te carizmit rus dhe megali-idese greke.
Greqia ka qenë aleatja me entuziaste e regjimit te Millosheviçit ne Serbi; ndihmoi ne rrezimin e planit te OKB-se për ribashkimin e Qipros më 2004-n; eshte vetem nje nga pese vendet e BE-se qe nuk njeh pavaresine e Kosoves (dhe e vetmja që nuk mund ta justifikoje kete veprim mbi bazen e frikes ndaj separatizmave); dhe, me e rrezikshmja nga te gjithat, Greqia ka vetem 15 trupa ne misionin e NATO-s ne Afganistan, duke deshmuar ne fakt se mbeshtetesja e separatizmave dhe shovinizmit agresiv eshte vete ajo dhe politika e saj vorio-epirote.
Nderkohe qe fqinjet e tjere kane derguar gjithashtu me shumë trupa: Shqiperia, 255, Kroacia 295, Bullgaria 540 e Rumania 945. Duket se keto vende qe qene ne anen e gabuar gjate Luftes se Ftohtë po kontribuojne me shume per aleancen Perendimore se sa vendi i vetem i Ballkanit me popullate kristiane që shijoi mbrojtjen e NATO-s gjate Luftës se Ftohte, ne forma financiare e politike duke vazhdar te gezoje statusin e te perkedhelurit per Kutine e Pandores qe eshte problemi i Historise Pan-shqipetare te ekzistences se kepit Jugor te Gadishullit Ballkanik dhe popullsise se atjeshme autoktone.
Rezultati i pergjithshem i marredhenieve mes Greqise dhe pjeses tjeter te NATO-s e BE-se eshte si vijon: Ne e mbrojtem Greqine; financuam me parate tona mireqenien e ketij vendi dhe i dhame mbeshtetje te pakushtezuar diplomatike per Maqedonine dhe Qipron. Greqia ndjek politika qe destabilizojne BE-ne ekonomikisht dhe Europën Juglindore politikisht, nderkohe qe jep kontribut minimal për sigurine e botes demokratike. Ndërkohe, klasa politike dhe intelektuale e Greqise ankohet pafundesisht per djajtë gjermane e amerikane, si dhe per imperializmin perendimor ne teresi.
Kjo duhet te marre fund. Reformat qe i jane kerkuar Greqise nga BE-ja si çmim për shpetimin nga falimenti nuk duhet të kufizohen te sfera ekonomike, por duhet te zgjerohen te sfera politike. Greqia duhet të detyrohet te njohe te drejtat e etnise kryesore autoktone kombetare qe eshte ajo shqipetare, perfshire te drejtat per lirine e organizimit, ndergjegjes dhe vetepercaktimit, si dhe duhet te deklaroje menjehere se do të pranoje vendimet e Gjykates Europiane te te Drejtave te Njeriut dhe te Parlamentit Europian me 2006 :
- per lenien te lire te çameve per te qarkulluar dhe jetuar ne Greqi
- njohjen e te drejtave te tyre mbi pronesite e grbitura me 1944-1945 dhe te shpronesuara dy here deri tani padrejtesisht : nga Rregjimi Totalitar i Metaksait dhe nga Vendimi i Padrejte i Parlamentit "Grek" me 1998 si dhe nga perpjekjet me te fundit te Karamanlisit me 2008, çka u be edhe shkak per nisjen e krizes politiko-eokonomike !
Ajo duhet te shpalle se mosmarreveshja e saj me Maqedonine nuk do te zgjidhet permes shantazhit dhe as nuk do te zgjidhet duke rrezikuar destabilizimin e të gjithe Europes Juglindore, por do te mnd te zgjidhet vetem duke njohur :
- pavaresine e Kosoves
- te drejten e vete-vendosjes se etnise maxhoritare shqipetare ne Maqedoni
- te drejten e vetevendosjes se etnise autoktone shqipetare ne te gjitha trevat jashte Shqiperise aktuale Londineze.

Problemi aktual akut ne kronicizim i Krizes Greke, ka gjetur shume interpretime dhe propozime per zgjidhje. natyrisht nje konflikt i tille ne Greqi i intereson shume qarqeve te cilat deri tani kane qene te pakenaqura per nje arsye apo tjetren nga politika grekeapo ajo europiane e boterore, ku nepermjet kauzit grek mundohen te japin shpjegime, orientime dhe propozime si per te thene se ata kane te drejte.Ne kete kontekst nuk duhet te presim qe problemin kryesor te shkakut principal i cili eshte ne themel dhe kryesori i mbajtjes gjalle dhe kronicizimit te kesaj gjendjeje lengate, te dale ne drite aq kollaj ne nje kohe qe ujqer dhe bisha spekulative verdallisen ne çdo kah e ane.Nuk eshte çudi qe ne rrjetin aktual te "analisteve politike" ne median e lire te skruar dhe elektronike te gjenden interpretime te çfaredolloji :- duke filluar qe nga interpretimet komunisto-socialiste kunder kapitalizmit te cilat e paraqesin krizen greke si nje krize neo-kapitaliste- tek interpretimet e te ashtuquajturve "shkencetare te shkencave politike" ne BE te cilet qendrimin e Gjermanise dhe krizen aktuale e quajne si nje neo-nazizem- tek interpretimet se kriza aktuale lidhet me problemet e minoriteteve apo emigracionit duke u shfaqur edhe si shkaktare e vedjes se te ashtuquajturve perfaqesues te emigranteve ne "Greqi" etj.- apo si nje problem rrisku qe ve ne diskutim euron dhe mbijetesen e Eurozones etj.
Nga sa me siper çdo kush ka mundesine te kuptoje siperfaqesine dhe emdiokrritetin e "analisteve" dhe "mediave politike" te cilet nepermjet pershkrimeve te cekta mundohen te japin pergjigje dhe zgjidhje te perkoheshme kalimtare pa menduar per pasojat e metejshme apo rrezultatet e alternativave te tyre.Duket se asnjerit prej tyre nuk i pelqen te hape sado pak kutine e Pandores, por duke mbuluar m... me shoshe (siç eshte njesprehje shqipetare) mendojne se ambjenti nuk do te qelbe apo nuk do te ndotet me. Vete fakti i ekzistences dhe pranise se pergemit neambjent do te thote se pislleku eshte aty dhe se kushtet e higjenes nuk do te jenekurre optimale pra mizat dhe insektet bezdisese dhe riskonjese per shendetin do te persistojne, per sa kohe pislleku nuk pastrohet dhe dezingfektohet totalisht. Kjo do te thote se per sa kohe problemi dhe shkaku kryesor i lindjes se krizes greke nuk zgjidhet ashtu siç eshte ne rrealitet, çdo perpjekje per alternimin, manipulimin apo mbulimin e tij qofte edhe nga miliardat e eurove do te jete e kote.Ky eshte nje problem krize identiteti kombetar dhe nuk ka lidhje me eurozonen per sa kohe eurozona do te mund ta mbaje ate te izoluar pai edhe problemi eshte kombetar dhe etnik i hapesires gjeografike aktuale te "Greqise" dhe Ballkanit dhe jo i ndonje etnie tjeter ne Eurozone.
Ndonjeri mundohet te flase per minoritetet ne "Greqi". Pasi duket se ka ndermend te alternoje forcat dhe ekuilibrin e forcave dhe politikave ne konflikt. Kjo nuk eshte gje tjeter veçse alternim edhe njehere i faktorit kryesor dhe shkakut politk te krizes.
Perpara se ndonje "analist politik" te flase per minoritetet apo pakicat kombetare apo emigracionin ne "Greqi" duhet te flase per :- Maxhorancen "minoritare" ne "Greqi" do me thene etnine dhe popullin baze autokton qe vazhdon te jetoje neato troje apo qe aktualisht as nuk mund te shkelin ne ato troje pasi ajne te genociduar, te persekutuar dhe te masakruar.
Ne nje kohe qe nje popullate e tille e cila nuk duhet bere gabim trashanik politik qe te renditet ne formacionet minoritare te "Greqi"se vazhdon te ekzistoje e persekutuar dhe e genociduar, as nuk mund te behet fjale per pakica "minoritare" dhe te drejtat e tyre ne "Greqi". Ne te kunderten duhet t'u themi politikaneve aktuale te BE-se : perse ata merren me pakicat minoritare dhe problemet e emigracionit ne "Greqi" ne nje kohe qe kutia e Pandores greke mban te mbyllur ne roberi popullaten etnike autoktone vendase ?
Ne kete kontekst politika komplekse e vete "Greqi"se do te mund te marre zgjidhje edhe me te shpejte dhe me pak konfliktuoze se sa aktualisht. Per sa kohe problemi i shqipetareve dhe etnise shqipetare ne "Greqi" do te mbetet i pazgjidhur eshte me se e natyrshme se Maqedonia do te perjetoje krizen e identiteve te saj politike dhe konflikteve te saj te anetaresimeve nderkombetare.
Ne se ne "Greqi"ne aktuale do te mund t'i jepej zgjidhje problemit çam dhe atij shqipetar ashtu sikurse problemi shqipetar po merr zgjidhje ne rajon nga ku edhe ne lidhje me etnine autoktone shqipetare ne Maqedoni, kjo do te thote se nuk do te kete me konflikt "Greqi"-"Maqedoni"-shqiperi ne lidhje me anetarseimin e "Maqedoni"se ne organizatat nderkombetare.
problemi ehste shume me i thjeshte nga sa politikat manipuluese dhe fallcifikatore te historise mundohen ta kokolepsin. Natyrisht qe nje kokolepsje e tille e problemit nuk do te thote gje tjeter veçse nje barre me e madhe shpenzimesh ekonomike siç qe edhe Minsitria per Maqedonine qe ishte e hapur deri vjet ne "Greqi".
Ne se pershkrimet e Papandreut u kufizuan ne perpjekjet e tij per nje zgjidhje ekonomike apo duke e pershkruar rastin "si profeci vete-rrealizuese", Pangallosi e tha "hapur" ate qe ne rrealitet rrealiteti politik dhe publik ne Greqi po jeton aktualisht "kauzen naziste" me te cilen ka lozur dhe tenton te vazhdoje te loze politika vorio-epirote shoviniste greke ndaj çameve dhe arvaniteve te persekutuar dhe te genociduar.
Perpjekjet e Papndreut per ta paraqitur rrealitetin si nje "profeci vete-rrealizuese" nuk eshte gje tjeter veçse nje perpjekje e tij per t'u vete genjyer. Lidhja çame nuk ka nevoje te merret me profeci apo me vete rrealizimin e "profecive". Edhe nje studjues i hapave te para te politikes do ta kishte te qarte se ç'po ndodh ne "Greqi" ne se nuk do t'i impononte vetes shovinizmin e alternimit te rrealitetit historik dhe gjeo-politik te imponar prej dy shekujsh nga ata qe linden dhe ushqyen "megali idete" neper Europe.
"Profeci"ne as nuk e lindi dhe as nuk po e vete rrealizon Lidhja çame, ate e paraqiten dhe e deshmuan faktet politike qe ndodhen gjate rrjedhes se pare te aktivitetit te Lidhjes çame ne politiken greke dhe ne parlamentin grek. Mjafton te kujtojme prononcimet e historianeve dhe akademikeve greke deri ne kerkesen per autonomi te Korfuzit. Keto fakte dhe shume te tjera deri ne shkaqet dhe deklarimet e para te protestuesve pas vrasjes se 6 Dhjetorit 2008, deshmojne se rrealiteti qe fshihet nen kapakun e kutise se Pandores ne "Greqi" eshte i ndryshem nga ai qe po mundohet te "shpetoje" Papandreu duke e pershkruar si "profeci".
Ne se reagimin e Pangalosit ndonje "analist" politik deshiron ta paraqese si nje vale "anti-gjermane" ne "Greqi", atehere do te na duhet te kujtojme se shkaktari kryesor qe punoi per nazizmin dhe per qenien neutrale te "Greqise" si dhe per mos-pasjen e nje ushtrie specifike te saj, ishte pikerisht familja iniciatore e megali-idese : ajo e mbretit "grek". Pra vala anti-gjermane qe mund te ushqehet aktualisht ne Greqi eshte ajo kunder mbretit grek dhe politikes vorio-epirote dhe shoviniste te tij kunder shqipetareve etnike autoktone te çamerise dhe arvanitise.
Eshte me se e natyrshme qe te kete "reagime" si te Margariti çimo-s tek Nea-Demokracia, apo edhe barcaletat neper rruget e Athines te deshmojne perpjekjet deshtake te nje politike te mykur. pa kujtuar faktet e perleshjes se anarkisteve me vorio-epirotet e Janines ne shkurt-mars 2009, si shenje edhe me e forte e rrealitetit politko-etnik te "Greqi"se. Jo me kot ata qe punuan per Gjermanine e mbretit te "Greqi"se ne fakt e bene kete pikerisht ne kohen kur po ky mbret imponoi nje nga diktaturat ushtarake fashiste me te egra te koherave : ate te Metaksait. "Reuters" ka te drejte te raportoje per rrealitetin e hidhur qe arvanitet dhe çamet ortodokse te mbijetuar ne "Greqi" kane perjetuar dhe po perjetojne aktualisht. Nje rrealitet sinkron me te verteten aktuale ku po i njejti mbret dhe familje mbreterore jo vetem qe u vodhi pasurite dhe u imponoi nje diktature te rradhes edhe me te eger se te parat, e cila edhe imponoi dhe aprovoi ligjin e shpronesimit te çameve dhe te arvaniteve, por edhe i shfrytezoi si krah pune te lire ne Gjermani !
Ne fund te fundit çamet dhe arvanitet e pakenaqur nga politika aktuale e "Greqi"se kane te drejte se edhe BE duhet te mbaje pergjegjesine e saj per shtypjen totale te te drejtave dhe lirive te tyre, pra te mbaje edhe pergjegjesine e saj per kete krize "financiare". Ne fund te fundit, ishte pikerisht BE-ja qe e subvencionoi shthurjen e Greqise per me shume se tri dekada, pavaresisht korrupsionit ne sektorin publik te ketij vendi dhe nivelit shume te larte te evazionit fiskal, burokracise se tejfryre, shtypjes se lirive dhe te drejtave te çameve ne asimilim total dhe moshes se ulet të daljes ne pension.
BE-ja eshte bere si nje nene e dashur qe shfrytëzohet nga femija i saj plangprishes dhe qe vuan mosmirenjohjen kur nuk i ploteson te gjitha deshirat nje për nje. Ne fund te fundit, nena i vuan pasojat e keqedukimit te femijes ne kuptimin pozitiv apo negativ.
Inati i shfaqur nga Greqia kundër Gjermanisë nuk është një rast i mënjanuar; ky vend është i mbushur me ndjenja antiperëndimore, ndjenja që janë shfaqur deri me veprime terroriste.Por ndersa sot po diskutohet gjeresisht papergjegjshmeria financiare e Greqise qe ishte nxitur edhe nga BE-ja, ende po flitet shume pak mbi faktin se kjo papergjegjshmeri shtrihet pertej sferes ekonomike. Greqia eshte gjykuar dhe denuar nga Parlamenti Europian me 2006 si nje vend qe shkel te drejtat e njeriut ne lidhje me komunitetin çam te genociduar dhe debuar nga tokat e tyre stergjyshore, biles asaj i kerkua qe te shqyrtoje sa me shpejt faktin e :
- dhenies se vizave per komunitetin çam dhe ri-pashaportizimin e tyre
- njohjen e pronesise dhe nen-shtetesise se tyre
- mbajtjen e nje seance parlamentare ne BE te veçante per problemin çam
por ajo vijon t’i sfidojë vendimet e gjykates, nderkombetare te te drejtave te njeriut dhe te vendimit e kerkeses se Parlamentit Europian ndaj asj me 2006 nderkohe qe nuk eshte penalizuar nga BE-ja.
Cdo perpjekje tjeter e çfaredolloj "analisti" per te alternuar problemin çam ne problemin e mbeturinave te pushtuesve otomane ne Thesaline e Eipirit Shqipetar apo te nje fare te ashtuquajturi "minoriteti maqedonas" qe ne fakt nuk jane gje tjeter veçse mbeturina tradhetare sikurse "vorio-peirotet" ne Shqiperi, pasi te gjithe e dime se Maqedonia aktuale nuk eshte gje tjeter veçse nje pjelle e nje politike te gabuar te post-1913 te Europes e cila coptoi Shqiperine per hir te interesave shoviniste te carizmit rus dhe megali-idese greke.
Greqia ka qenë aleatja me entuziaste e regjimit te Millosheviçit ne Serbi; ndihmoi ne rrezimin e planit te OKB-se për ribashkimin e Qipros më 2004-n; eshte vetem nje nga pese vendet e BE-se qe nuk njeh pavaresine e Kosoves (dhe e vetmja që nuk mund ta justifikoje kete veprim mbi bazen e frikes ndaj separatizmave); dhe, me e rrezikshmja nga te gjithat, Greqia ka vetem 15 trupa ne misionin e NATO-s ne Afganistan, duke deshmuar ne fakt se mbeshtetesja e separatizmave dhe shovinizmit agresiv eshte vete ajo dhe politika e saj vorio-epirote.
Nderkohe qe fqinjet e tjere kane derguar gjithashtu me shumë trupa: Shqiperia, 255, Kroacia 295, Bullgaria 540 e Rumania 945. Duket se keto vende qe qene ne anen e gabuar gjate Luftes se Ftohtë po kontribuojne me shume per aleancen Perendimore se sa vendi i vetem i Ballkanit me popullate kristiane që shijoi mbrojtjen e NATO-s gjate Luftës se Ftohte, ne forma financiare e politike duke vazhdar te gezoje statusin e te perkedhelurit per Kutine e Pandores qe eshte problemi i Historise Pan-shqipetare te ekzistences se kepit Jugor te Gadishullit Ballkanik dhe popullsise se atjeshme autoktone.
Rezultati i pergjithshem i marredhenieve mes Greqise dhe pjeses tjeter te NATO-s e BE-se eshte si vijon: Ne e mbrojtem Greqine; financuam me parate tona mireqenien e ketij vendi dhe i dhame mbeshtetje te pakushtezuar diplomatike per Maqedonine dhe Qipron. Greqia ndjek politika qe destabilizojne BE-ne ekonomikisht dhe Europën Juglindore politikisht, nderkohe qe jep kontribut minimal për sigurine e botes demokratike. Ndërkohe, klasa politike dhe intelektuale e Greqise ankohet pafundesisht per djajtë gjermane e amerikane, si dhe per imperializmin perendimor ne teresi.

I began writing this paper as I got strongly inspired by the Jacuqes-Delpa's paper in "Euro Intelligence" on 11th February 2010 (Jacque-Delpa is a member of "Conseil d'Analye Economique".
Right ahead he tryes to give GDP values solutions of the Greece "economical" crisis thrugh political movements.
In fact as I have allready previously stated, the greek "economical" crisis is not a such as if it was, it had to have a solution from the left or the last passed right politics in government power. But as the problem states far away from a simple economical need, the only solution is the political one.
Certain political and economical analysts who don't know or who do as they don't know the real problem that reflects for the first time in "modern" Greece history the crisis of 1830s, begin by trying to explain the problem in a very superficial way such as the Turkey-Greece "trojan" war etc., which is not true for the case in discussion. This concerns also the case of J. Delpa who states a very superficial solution to a real identity-crisis of the "modern" Greece state.
I agree with the Delpa's very first propose to turn back to the Homer's Illiad (ending at last the Trojan War) but by saying the trueth of the ethnics origine and the trueth of nations identity. That's the case that shall resolve oce for all the "Trojan War" translated as "modern" times war in Cyprus case. Sure there are needed diplomatic impectus, but they shall not be successfull as the people who are albanians shall not agree to a turkish or greek Cyprus, since all the aegean sea including aegean turkish costs are albanian since XIIIth-XIVth century before ottoman's invasions.
Sure after a first attampt solution to this conflict by admitting the trueth from both sides : Greece and Turkey this shall help :
- Greece to easily reduce its millitary spending by at least 3 points of GDP, when the multilateral peace shall be launched regarding the true albanian origine of the aegean costs.
- Turkey shall resolve much faster its contadicts which actually obstacle it to faster integrate the EU.
Unlike Portugal or Ireland, Greece could benefit from significant peace dividends to reduce its titanic fiscal deficits.
Back to Homer’s Iliad: Terminating (at last) the Trojan War. For more than three millenniums, the Greeks have been, one way or the other, at war with the successive peoples living in Anatolia. It started with the Trojan War during the XIIIth or XIIth Century BC (although Herodotus claims that the tensions across the Aegean Sea began well before Helen’s abduction). The Greco-Persian Wars of the Vth century BC included the famous battles of Marathon in 490 BC, and of Thermopylae and Salamis in 480 BC. Conflicts between the Byzantine Empire and the Sassanid Empire in the Late Antiquity abounded, as well as wars between Byzantium and the Great Seljuk Empire (XIth and XIIth); the final fall of Constantinople happened in 1453, captured by the Ottomans. The occupation of Greece by the Turks until the 1820s has marked memories, as well as the Balkan wars in 1912-1913, the Greco-Turkish war of 1919-1922, followed by what the Greeks call the ‘Asia Minor Disaster’ in 1922 -when almost all Greeks located in Asia Minor (more than 1.5 million) fled, with hundreds of thousands being killed in the war and exodus, while half a million Turks were forced to resettle from Greece to Anatolia, (with thousands of Turks killed by the Greeks too.) In 1974, the invasion of Cyprus first by the Greek Army, then by the Turkish Army which still occupies one third of the island, further exacerbated the problem.
Spartan Military Spending. With such a history, it is no surprise that Greece still spends heavily on its defence. Greece’s military spending is 4.3% of its GDP (even though it has declined over the last 20 years), Turkey 5.3%, and Cyprus 3.8% of its GDP (source: www.cia.gov), which is much higher than in the rest of Europe. In general, small EU countries spend between 1% and 1.5% of their GDP in military spending; for Germany it is 1.5%. The two ‘big’ military European powers spend much less than Greece: France 2.6% of its GDP; the UK 2.4% of its GDP. Hence, the unique reason for Greece’s huge military spending is Turkey. Greece is also the only EU country where the size and composition of the military budget is a state secret, which suggests that these data may still underestimate the truth. For the record, when Greece first lied (in the late 1990s) about its fiscal deficit in order to enter into the euro zone (in 2001), it was mainly because it had concealed large military spending through Maastricht accounting tricks. Instead of buying expensive military aircrafts, the Socialist Government leased them on a long term basis and then classified this leasing as off-balance. When Eurostat discovered the trick in 2004, deficits were re-estimated significantly: 6.4% of GDP in 1997, 4.1% in 1998, 3.4% in 1999 and 4.1% in 2000 (instead of 1.7% then), so that, with the true figures, Greece would never have been allowed into the euro zone in the first place. I would not be surprised if the new lies in the budget data, revealed in November 2009 by the new Socialist Greek government, were linked again with military spending, especially as the culprit, this time the outgoing Conservative Government, feared to be contested by right-wing nationalists in the general elections (as it occurred.)
How to move towards peace?
Since the Balkanic war of 1820s both countries recognise each other as Greece and Turkey by suppressing the trueth of their albanian roots and founders. As the Greece had the advantage of its euorpean frone king and its christian religious art of state, they had more then advanteous generous supports to enter the eurozone. Actually turkey is suffering such a "priviledge".
Greece now favours Turkey's EU membership, but this is not supported by the albanians "greek" citizens who still live the trueth of their language, rights and traditions suppressions. But also the "turkish" albanians in Turkey suffer the same.
In Turkey, the AKP government wants to reduce the strength of the army in the society and may need cash too. Meanwhile, peace talks in Cyprus continue despite ups and downs (in the Turkish-occupied Cyprus, the forthcoming general elections of April 8 should bring back to power the nationalists that oppose the UN-backed peace plan.) But that is not enough: external involvement is necessary to bridge bilateral military distrust and to overcome historical grievance (and land claims in Cyprus).
Towards a Peace Initiative between Greece and Turkey? If the new Socialist Government wants to reduce permanently its fiscal deficit, it will have to shrink significantly its military spending. Bringing down the defence spending from 4.3% of GDP to 1.0% in a few years would save permanently 3.3% of GDP, i.e. one third of the Greek fiscal gap. Domestically, it will be a welcome burden-sharing initiative: the Greek fiscal adjustment, if successful, must be seen as fair, i.e. cutting social spending favoured by the Left and the unions as well as military spending -cherished by the Right and the nationalists. Externally, this entails a durable and credible peace with Turkey, both across the Aegean Sea and in Cyprus. If France and Germany have managed to move from the being the worst enemies to being the closest allies, there is no reason why Greece and Turkey should be doomed to agonistic relations for ever, especially with the ethnical albanians who are the real founders and the major people for Greece and the real ethnical people in the western costs of Turkey, and from armenian and aramien people in other Turkey's geographical zones.
European and US involvement is necessary to move further.
Ideally for both, Turkey’ entry into the EU shall be speeded up from albanian case solution in both sides of aegean sea.But it is an unlikely fix.

Third, reducing military spending is essential for Greece fiscal health and for the future of the euro zone (avoiding a domino effect.)
Big European countries have a vested interest too in promoting peace in the region. From Lord Byron (who fought and died for Albanians Fights in "Greek"’s independence from the Turks in 1824) to Winston Churchill, Great Britain has been the main ally of Albanians in "Greece"; moreover Britain has been the colonial power in Cyprus (1878-1960) and bears some responsibility for the current Cyprus deadlock and its albanian ethnic people. Germany cannot forget that it was a german prine who was highly involved in Nazis who were especially brutal (even by their own standards) when occupying Greece and Albanian Regions in-there-included (1941-44): half a million people (8% of the population) were killed (of which 300 000 because of famine); in the meantime the Nazis completely destroyed the Chameria, Arvanitia and "Greek" economy and left the country in 1944 with one of the worst hyperinflation episodes (prices were multiplied by 10 000 between 1941 and the spring of 1944, and when the Nazis left, monthly inflation reached a staggering 8.5 billion percent in October 1944.) as the greek king (who was highly involved in Nazi governence theft the money of the Chameria and other ethnical regions actually included in "greek" state's geography. France could be ambivalent: on one hand, it is an ally of Greece (Giscard d’Estaing was the main force behind Greece’s entry into the EU in 1981); but, on the other hand, it is the main supplier (behind the US) of military equipment to Greece (especially airplanes.). But since President Sarkozy is adamant to pursue a Mediterranean policy, he could push too for peace initiative in the region. Italy and Spain would benefit from containing, for their own sake, Greece’s financial weakness.
But the decisive impetus is likely to come from the US. The US greatly needs Turkey to redeploy its military capabilities from the Aegean Sea and Cyprus (where they are useless for the US) towards its Eastern border (Iran) and Southern border (Syria and Iraq), with a close eye further South (the Levant and the Middle East). The US (and especially the Obama administration) would probably push very much for a peace and disarmament initiative across the Aegean Sea and in Cyprus, and might be able to coerce Greece, Turkey, Cyprus and Albanian Ethnical Regions included in both countries and Albania into a peace initiative.
How would peace work? The US (and NATO) and EU would provide confidence measures and grant security guarantees to both Greece and Turkey with respect to each other through the ethnical people peace as they shall gain rights recognation; disarmament measures would be backed and controlled by the EU and the US (and NATO), who would send their own military to implement confidence measures (like UN blue helmets) across the Aegean Sea. They should do the same in Cyprus, with some diplomatic pressure and financial compensations. To reduce costs, all three countries would abandon military conscription.
Political pressure will be necessary but not sufficient. Money shall do the rest, i.e. compensations will be needed to convince the stakeholders that would lose with a peace accord. Cham genocided and expulsed famillies, Cypriots families displaced in 1974 when the island was invaded first by the Greek and after by the Turkish armies will have to be compensated; Turkish army and Turkish colons still located in Northern Cyprus will need to receive compensations to accept moving back to Anatolia. Finally, Greece and Turkish officers will need to receive cash to accept civilian conversion and the abandonment of the grandiose military dreams.

How much would it cost/gain? Here J. Delpa's guess is crude and arbitrary. GDP are (in 2011, source Eurostat): Cyprus €19 bn, Greece €250 bn, Turkey €510 bn. By supposing that:
· Greece reduces permanently its military spending from 4.3% to 1.0% of its GDP and Turkey from 5.3% to 3.0% of its GDP. This is tantamount, ceteris paribus, to reducing Greek public debt by about 35 points of GDP over the next ten years; 25 points for Turkey. That should be enough to stabilize expectations about Greek debt sustainability, provided that the Government implements the just announced fiscal package.
· The EU compensates both countries by 1 year of military saving (i.e. 3.3% of GDP for Greece and 2.3% of GDP for Turkey.) The EU payment would be €8bn towards Greece, and €12bn towards Turkey.
· The EU spends a one-off 10% of Chamerian GDP for diverse compensations (civilian) on the region for cham victims genocide rehabilitation; that is €2bn.
· The EU spends a one-off 10% of Cyprus GDP for diverse compensations (civilian and military) on the island; that is €2bn.
Overall, the cost of this lasting peace package would be €24bn for the EU, i.e. 0.15% of the EU annual GDP, and 15% of the EU budget (i.e. half a year of Structural Fund spending by the EU Commission, which a BRUEGEL study deemed as inefficient from a growth perspective.)
With the Greek financial crisis, time is ripe for ending definitively the Trojan War (which even at that time was extremely costly for both sides.) As for the other Europeans, we should not forget that, after being abducted by Zeus, Princess Europa fled to Crete and later, after being abandoned by the King of Gods, married the king of Crete. Their names were all in ancient albanian.
Herodotus claims that the illyrians (not "greeks" as the actual false story is written) themselves abducted Europa from Tyre onto Crete. I began writing this paper as I got strongly inspired by the Jacuqes-Delpa's paper in "Euro Intelligence" on 11th February 2010 (Jacque-Delpa is a member of "Conseil d'Analye Economique".
Right ahead he tryes to give GDP values solutions of the Greece "economical" crisis thrugh political movements.
In fact as I have allready previously stated, the greek "economical" crisis is not a such as if it was, it had to have a solution from the left or the last passed right politics in government power. But as the problem states far away from a simple economical need, the only solution is the political one.
Certain political and economical analysts who don't know or who do as they don't know the real problem that reflects for the first time in "modern" Greece history the crisis of 1830s, begin by trying to explain the problem in a very superficial way such as the Turkey-Greece "trojan" war etc., which is not true for the case in discussion. This concerns also the case of J. Delpa who states a very superficial solution to a real identity-crisis of the "modern" Greece state.
I agree with the Delpa's very first propose to turn back to the Homer's Illiad (ending at last the Trojan War) but by saying the trueth of the ethnics origine and the trueth of nations identity. That's the case that shall resolve oce for all the "Trojan War" translated as "modern" times war in Cyprus case. Sure there are needed diplomatic impectus, but they shall not be successfull as the people who are albanians shall not agree to a turkish or greek Cyprus, since all the aegean sea including aegean turkish costs are albanian since XIIIth-XIVth century before ottoman's invasions.
Sure after a first attampt solution to this conflict by admitting the trueth from both sides : Greece and Turkey this shall help :
- Greece to easily reduce its millitary spending by at least 3 points of GDP, when the multilateral peace shall be launched regarding the true albanian origine of the aegean costs.
- Turkey shall resolve much faster its contadicts which actually obstacle it to faster integrate the EU.
Unlike Portugal or Ireland, Greece could benefit from significant peace dividends to reduce its titanic fiscal deficits.

In 1974, the invasion of Cyprus first by the Greek Army, then by the Turkish Army which still occupies one third of the island, further exacerbated the problem.
Spartan Military Spending. With such a history, it is no surprise that Greece still spends heavily on its defence. Greece’s military spending is 4.3% of its GDP (even though it has declined over the last 20 years), Turkey 5.3%, and Cyprus 3.8% of its GDP (source: www.cia.gov), which is much higher than in the rest of Europe. In general, small EU countries spend between 1% and 1.5% of their GDP in military spending; for Germany it is 1.5%. The two ‘big’ military European powers spend much less than Greece: France 2.6% of its GDP; the UK 2.4% of its GDP. Hence, the unique reason for Greece’s huge military spending is Turkey. Greece is also the only EU country where the size and composition of the military budget is a state secret, which suggests that these data may still underestimate the truth. For the record, when Greece first lied (in the late 1990s) about its fiscal deficit in order to enter into the euro zone (in 2001), it was mainly because it had concealed large military spending through Maastricht accounting tricks. Instead of buying expensive military aircrafts, the Socialist Government leased them on a long term basis and then classified this leasing as off-balance. When Eurostat discovered the trick in 2004, deficits were re-estimated significantly: 6.4% of GDP in 1997, 4.1% in 1998, 3.4% in 1999 and 4.1% in 2000 (instead of 1.7% then), so that, with the true figures, Greece would never have been allowed into the euro zone in the first place. I would not be surprised if the new lies in the budget data, revealed in November 2009 by the new Socialist Greek government, were linked again with military spending, especially as the culprit, this time the outgoing Conservative Government, feared to be contested by right-wing nationalists in the general elections (as it occurred.)
How to move towards peace?
Since the Balkanic war of 1820s both countries recognise each other as Greece and Turkey by suppressing the trueth of their albanian roots and founders. As the Greece had the advantage of its euorpean frone king and its christian religious art of state, they had more then advanteous generous supports to enter the eurozone. Actually turkey is suffering such a "priviledge".
Greece now favours Turkey's EU membership, but this is not supported by the albanians "greek" citizens who still live the trueth of their language, rights and traditions suppressions. But also the "turkish" albanians in Turkey suffer the same.
In Turkey, the AKP government wants to reduce the strength of the army in the society and may need cash too. Meanwhile, peace talks in Cyprus continue despite ups and downs (in the Turkish-occupied Cyprus, the forthcoming general elections of April 8 should bring back to power the nationalists that oppose the UN-backed peace plan.) But that is not enough: external involvement is necessary to bridge bilateral military distrust and to overcome historical grievance (and land claims in Cyprus).
Towards a Peace Initiative between Greece and Turkey? If the new Socialist Government wants to reduce permanently its fiscal deficit, it will have to shrink significantly its military spending. Bringing down the defence spending from 4.3% of GDP to 1.0% in a few years would save permanently 3.3% of GDP, i.e. one third of the Greek fiscal gap. Domestically, it will be a welcome burden-sharing initiative: the Greek fiscal adjustment, if successful, must be seen as fair, i.e. cutting social spending favoured by the Left and the unions as well as military spending -cherished by the Right and the nationalists. Externally, this entails a durable and credible peace with Turkey, both across the Aegean Sea and in Cyprus.
